Sectretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson has announced the process for people to renew their enrollment in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Secretary Johnson Announces Process for DACA Renewal
The renewal process consists of filing a new version of Form I-821D, I-765, and the I-765 Worksheet. The total filing fee is $465.
It is recommended that the DACA renewals be filed 4-5 months before the expiration of your current DACA.
