Phoenix crash sends car through store front

A late afternoon car accident sent a vehicle through a building window.

The accident, which took place near 3rd street and Camelback road, occurred when one of the drivers lost control and his car went careening through the front of an art studio shattering a glass wall.

No one was injured as the studio was unoccupied at the time of the accident.

Drugs and alcohol do not seem to be a factor as the police found no signs of impairment.

Firefighters were at the scene reinforcing the building with wood panels.

Where do victims turn?

Unfortunately, not all accidents result in zero injuries. Every year, thousands of people are seriously hurt in car accidents.

For many of them the simplest part of the journey back to normal is the physical recovery. Other factors, such as medical debt, job loss, and mental trauma, can be much more difficult to overcome.

Thankfully, Arizona law creates a cause of action for those injured because of negligence or wrongdoing. Victims can file lawsuits against those responsible with help of an experienced car accident lawyer.

A successful lawsuit may provide the plaintiff the relief they, and their families, may desperately need. A court may grant them a considerable financial award as compensation for the injuries they suffered.

Victims shouldn’t wait too long to take action. Arizona imposes a two-year statute of limitations on personal injury lawsuits. Delaying could mean permanently forfeiting the right to legal recourse.
